Who’s The Most Important Person?
Who’s the most important person in a transaction? There are two very important individuals in any transactions, and that’s the buyer and seller. Both the buyer and the seller are the most important individuals in any buy and sell transaction. The buyer can also be deemed as the client or customer, and the seller can also be deemed as the company or institution selling the product or service. However you wrap it up, the two most important individuals are the buyer and seller.
The buyer will have his/her own requirements and so will the seller. Whether or not the buyer and seller will actually transact is a separate matter and ultimately for the buyer and the seller to decide because they are the most important individuals in the transaction.
There are other important individuals or companies or services in a transaction, but regardless of what they tell you, they are not the most important individuals. They may think they are, and they may think they are doing all the work, and they may think they are number one, but they are serving the two most important individuals in the transaction, and that is the buyer and the seller. Without the buyer and the seller all the other individuals in the transaction wouldn’t even be a footnote.
It’s amazing to observe individuals and companies offering services in any transaction, and to see the bravado, the ego, the chest pouting etc etc, when they are simply serving the buyer or seller. It would be prudent for individuals and companies offering services to realise this fact.
In finishing… the services of Escrow Agents, Legal Teams, Agents, Brokers, and Intermediary Agents are all required to connect the buyer and the seller so they are all important, but they are not one of the two most important persons in the transaction.
