Trade Programs

Trade Programs come in all shapes and sizes. There’s large capital programs, small capital programs, micro capital programs, programs for Safe Keeping Receipts, programs for inground assets and a whole range of assets with insurance wraps, and now there’s a program for Bitcoin (BTC). Then there’s numerous ways to enter a program. You can join a program using blocked funds, funds held in escrow, bank guarantees and numerous financial instruments such as an SBLC, there’s tear sheet programs and much more.

The most important aspect is knowing the right trusted contacts for the right program who can deliver what they say they’ll deliver. There are many brokers or agents who promise the world and deliver very little, whilst at the same time there’s numerous scams and frauds.

There’s numerous different types of programs and many different ways to enter a program. You can select a specific program to match your requirements from the main menu at the top of this page.

At the backend of the program the trader will utilise the asset by securing a line of credit against the asset. This can be 10 times that value or the loan to value of the asset. The trader will then use the line of credit to trade, which may mean purchasing SBLC’s or MTN’s at a discounted price and then instantly selling them at a higher price to pension funds, insurance funds etc. These buying and selling agreements will already be in place behind the scenes and will be established agreements, not dependent on the Principal joining the program. The trade platform or trader will have a trade agreement with the Principal and will agree the parameters and returns of the trade, including duration, if there is to be a bullet trade, any rollovers and extensions, compounding, guarantees or best performance returns and more.

As you can see, it isn’t a one size fits all. There’s many aspects to think about and consider.

By far the best entry level to a program is $500M, but you can easily enter a program with $100M and Global Title And Escrow Servicess LLC (GTES) can introduce you to a ledger to ledger transaction starting at $50M. However, there are numerous small capital programs and micro programs that range from $1M - $100M and there are even some programs which start at $500K. However, it’s important to understand that the small capital programs and lower entry point programs are not available for long and they can be difficult to enter due to demand and timing. In addition, with the micro and small capital programs you may be required to transfer the funds to an escrow account.
